Hi everyone! My name is Jack – welcome to my Personal Training page! My main goal is to help you gain confidence through exercise and to enjoy the process.
With my background in gymnastics and martial arts, I specialise in using bodyweight exercises, focusing on movements that you can do anywhere. Whether you are a complete beginner or an avid exerciser, I am here to guide you through your journey and help you achieve your goals.

1:1 weekly training via zoom with personalised programmes that you can do at home focusing on bodyweight exercises or a plan designed for you to take to your local gym.
